Matt, we are sorry to hear you feel this way about your transaction. The reason why your laptop was counter offered $12 is its condition after the evaluation:
2014 Toshiba Satellite Radius P55W
- Compromised motherboard: has damaged keyboard connector port
- Air bubbles under the display touch digitizer
- Missing multiple screws.
The keyboard was completely unresponsive, due to the broken port, and the touchscreen was faulty as well, this are major issues, as the motherboard will need to be repaired and the screen replaced (both expensive parts). It also seems that your laptop was attempted to be repaired, yet, online you stated your laptop was in good cosmetic condition and fully functional, that's why you received a quote of $107.
