After years of playing and teaching tennis, Adam opened the first location in Centennial, Colorado. The company established momentum through teaching as well as the retail business. Dissapponted with the experience. I purchased a paddle on Oct 9/Thurs.. it was just shipped Oct 11/Monday. The cusomer service told me I will get it by Wed. I made it clear that I will be leaving out of the country Thus/Oct 15. Unfortunately, UPS delivered it on Friday. One day later. I emailed before hand the customer service of game-match on the process how to refund my payment. No reply till now.

Owner was rude and confrontational when I asked for Selkirk paddle to be evaluated for warranty. Plenty of other places to shop. Staying away from this train wreck.

I have tried to reach them and have been unable to. You have to leave a message and so far after 2 days have heard nothing. Poor customer service.

The ball, being gray, blends in with the court so that you can't see the ball very well. Also, the ball has more of a bounce on dinking and less of a bounce when you drive it. It's not anything like a regular yellow pickleball. On the bright side it is silent. The other three people that played with it concurred.
