To qualify for additional funding to purchase my second property, I needed to quickly pay down credit card debt (racked up from my first property) to improve my credit profile. My loan officer referred me to GapFunded, which was the right move. I was able to obtain funds in my bank account within 24hrs at a much better interest rate to pay down credit cards. This positioned me well for my next property purchase. When the need arises, I'll definitely go back to them for gap funding needs!

Just closed on my first fix-and-flip with GapFunded and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Funding came through on schedule (36 hrs and funded) for my project in Wellington, KS, terms were laid out clearly up front with no surprises, and communication was fast every time I had a question during the process. As a first-time flipper I had plenty of them, and Mick was patient and straight with me on all of it. Mick made my experience simple and straightforward. I'd recommend GapFunded to any investor looking for a lender who actually answers the phone and does what they say they're going to do. I'll be back for deal #2.

Brennan, congrats on closing your first flip, mate! That first one is always the biggest step, and you handled it like a pro. Every question you asked was a good one, and that’s exactly how first deals should go: no surprises, everything laid out up front. Wellington is a great market to cut your teeth in. Looking forward to deal #2 whenever you’re ready. Just give me a shout. Mick, Gap Funded

Mick, Alejandra, and the rest of the Gap Funded team were very attentive, responsive, and quick to get funding completed. I appreciated having a visual of the process from the beginning and being able to understand better what things could be worked on to better my credit profile. Definitely the lowest fees I've seen in the industry and the most affordable. Gap Funded was very responsive and professional, and I'd recommend them for your business or personal funding needs.

Adriana, thanks so much for taking the time to write this. Alejandra and I really enjoyed working with you. Making sure you could see the whole process from day one, including what to work on with your credit, matters a lot to us, because it sets you up for more than just one round of funding. Keep chipping away at those credit steps and you’ll have even more options next time. We’re in your corner. Mick, Gap Funded

Gap Funded provided a top tier experience from start to finish. Not only was I able to secure funding for a project I was currently working, but I also received detailed instructions and guidance on how to improve my credit score for my next project. Mic is exceptional at his role due to his unmatched patience and consistency. If you are on the fence I would recommend you pull the trigger.

Niesha, this one made our day, thank you! Getting your current project funded was the goal, but the credit roadmap is what will really pay off long term. You put in the work and followed through, which isn’t always easy. Keep at it and your next project will be even smoother. Proud of you, and we’ll be here when you’re ready for the next one. I had a great experience working with Gap Funded for temporary funding on my fix n flip business. Their team guided me through the entire process and made it easy to understand my options. Thanks to their help, I was able to secure enough funding to cover most of my out-of-pocket expenses on my current fix and flip project — a huge relief that's freed up cash flow for the rest of the deal. Highly recommend them to any real estate investor looking for gap funding solutions!

Leanne, thank you for this, really appreciate it. Covering enough of the out of pocket costs to free up cash flow is exactly the outcome we're chasing on every fix and flip. Grateful the team made the options easy to understand while you were juggling everything else on the project. Wishing you a smooth exit on this deal and every one after it. Sincerely, Mick

We were attempting to buy a property and we were a bit short on liquid cash so our broker recommended Gap Funded and wow!!! Mick from Gap funded was just amazing, he showed us rates, terms and after a quick credit check we were qualified. The retes are very competitive to banks except you don’t have to jump through hoops and wait 3 months to see if you qualify. Great experience

Juan, thank you for this, it's a great example of why we love working alongside brokers rather than around them, yours knew exactly when to bring us in. Running short on liquid cash right before closing is one of the most common spots we step into, and I'm grateful it felt fair and straightforward for you. Wishing you all the best with the property and everything that comes next. Sincerely, Mick

As a first time investor, GapFunded really pulled through for me. I needed to have capital for the unexpected after closing costs and EMD essentially wiped me out. Not only did GapFunded help me strategize but they also helped significantly improve my personal and LLC’s credit so that I could have even greater access to capital for the unexpected, especially in my first real estate deal. I now feel financially confident as a first time investor & with GapFunded’s assistance, believe I am well positioned to continue & scale my real estate ventures.

Sharon, really glad we could help you rebuild both your personal and LLC credit off the back of it too, that's the part that actually sets you up for the next deal and the one after that. Wishing you a great run as you keep building your portfolio. Sincerely, Mick
