The customer never reached out to us regarding any issues. There are no phone calls or emails from this customer at all. The customer placed an order on 7/27/2024 and his order was delivered via FedEx on 7/31/24. The customer has had the product for over 3 months now and has never reached out to us. We would have been more than happy to address any of his issues within a reasonable timeframe.

The customer placed an order on August 15th after business hours. The item in question does state that his order would ship within 7-14 business days - this was clearly disclosed on the product page and on the order confirmation email he received. His order shipped after 12 business days early September 4th, 2024. The shipment went out via freight carrier and his order was delivered on 9/9/2024. Because this ships freight (to prevent damages during transit) someone must be home to sign for the delivery as stated in our policies. The carrier called the customer and scheduled the delivery with him on 9/9/2024 per the customer's request. The customer DOES NOT live in PA as he claims - it was shipped to DE which was the designated location on his order. The customer never called here prior to placing the order with any product related questions or concerns. The customer called twice, after the order had been placed, to ask for shipment status and he was disclosed exactly when his order would ship. The customer's whole claim is completely fabricated. His order was shipped and delivered within the designated timeframe to the address on his order (New Castle, DE) and delivered on a date that he requested and scheduled directly with the carrier. His order did not ship from China as he falsely claims - it was shipped from Keasbey, NJ.

The customer lives on a very narrow street, on a hill in San Francisco, that a FedEx Freight delivery truck cannot access - FedEx Freight exclusively uses 40 foot and above semi trailers. There are "no parking" and "no standing" signs everywhere including on the side of the customer's condo building, on the road itself, across the street - literally everywhere. The location is also on a major intersection on a corner with a traffic light. Not only can the truck not turn onto this street but the customer's condo building is on a steep decline so it would be impossible for the driver to offload cabinets onto the street due to the surface not being level since the shipment arrives stacked on a pallet which may tip over. We asked the customer if he had an alternative delivery address which is more accessible - he was extremely rude and self entitled as if he didn't know that delivery would be literally impossible at the location where he lives. The customer tried to order the same cabinets with 3 other retailers before ordering with us - they all cancelled his order for the same exact reason. The brand of cabinets the customer purchased uses FedEx Freight exclusively and they DO NOT have box truck delivery services. We offered the customer alternative solutions which he declined - we explained to him that this specific brand of cabinet could not be delivered to his location directly, which is why we also suggested an alternative ship-to address (not on his street which is inaccessible). The customer also spoke to the manufacturer who tried to politely explain to him the same exact thing but the customer refused to listen and understand why his location could not be serviced. The customer refused to assume any liability if anything happened to the shipment at the time of delivery - as previously mentioned - self entitled. If we could post pictures here to showcase the delivery address we would... we also never said that his location was "remote" - just that it is not accessible. He also refuses to address the fact that he placed similar orders with other retailers which also cancelled his order for the same exact reason, so when multiple companies tell you the exact same thing the problem is not with those companies.
