I ordered a rug, which never came. After two weeks I went online and saw that my order was cancelled. So I sent an email asking why was it cancelled and why wasn't I notified. I received an answer the next day telling me that it was an inventory problem. The reason why I wasn't notified was not addressed. Terrible customer service.
