Not sure because I haven't looked into it, but, I recieved (two) of the items I wanted. I only wanted one, but, two arrived. (If) I paid for two, it is my fault I did something wrong. If the company shipped two by accident, it's also a bad thing, cause I don't like profit at others expense.

I'm very pleased with my 3 bin compost. It arrived in a short time and was easy to put together. I did have some difficulty getting the clips to close around the wire. It stands up strongly and has plenty of room in each bin.

I have had my eye on several items at GS but it seems that they are not available for months. I do not feel comfortable planning on a purchase that "should" be in stock weeks or months later.

I Purchased the harvest rack. I do like it so far, but the growing Season is over so I won’t be able to use it till next year. The challenge was in shipping. It’s unclear if it comes US mail or shipping company. One product in the order went to the wrong address. The harvest Rack rack was the second part of the Order. The rack did come to my home, but the box was broken open on the end. One shelf was damaged. My husband and I are quite handy so it was an easy fix. The hard part about ordering was communicating the shipping issue. The packaging it comes in absolutely will not hold the rack.

Ordered burlap to wrap winter plants.....it was back ordered til Oct 17....still don't have it....plus gardeners has no way to track shipments or even know how it's being delivered and by whom. Needs improvement. I went out and bought burlap from home depot.
