Gardener's Supply CompanyReviews of gardeners.com

Gardeners Supply has consistently high quality service and products. I have ordered from them for years, and their quality remains high. They also sell products for the garden that you won't find anywhere we else. We garden on a very large scale, so we look for innovative and well-made products. Gardener's Supply is one of our go-to stores.

Fast and good service! Thank you!

I've ordered from Gardener's for years now, and it's always the same. Easy online ordering, quick delivery, and well-made products that stand the test of time.

It is unfortunate that one cannot order more than one gift card online. It would have helped a great deal to know that before I started the online ordering process. A simple statement such as "To order more than one gift card please call customer service" would have helped save time and frustration. I was trying to order gift cards for 2 different individuals, and after ordering the first online, was stopped from continuing to order online and had to call to order the second one. I closed out and even changed browsers and it did not matter, I was still prohibited from ordering a second card. The wait times on calling customer service are extensive (30-40 min) so it was frustrating having to call. As it was, by calling, I was not asked if I wanted to personalize the gift card (it was a birthday present), and as luck would have it the recipient never received the card ordered over the phone. I was helped quickly by another representative when I called back 5 weeks later to indicate the gift card was not received. The original card was canceled, and a new one sent (and received!) quickly. I am glad it all worked out, but it was frustrating.

Thank you so much! The raised beds will be ready to plant next spring, it’s a long winter in WY, but I still can’t wait to get them planted. Huge garden addition.

I purchased the garden blanket - it is very thick and durable. Easy to clip onto poles with clothes pins.

>>>Everything was great, only most items I ordered were out of stock & had to wait over a month for them. If not for that it would be a 5 star rating. >>>I do have an issue about an earlier inquiry, using your website's Customer Service. I requested information on when the CedarLast Potting Bench would be restocked & available. And additionally asked if I could be notified by email when it becomes available instead of checking the site every other day or so. I never received a reply.

Love these tub trugs for so many garden tasks. Durable, lightweight, easy to haul, and fun colors to brighten up the day!
