After ordering an item I realized I chose the wrong one. I called in and my order was corrected and the billing adjusted as well as the item shipped super fast. Can’t wait to receive it even sooner! Thank you for your super helpful customer representatives.

Shipment has not been timely shipped and I still have not heard when the shipment will go out. I was on hold for 30 minutes and am still waiting to hear back about when item will be shipped.

I love Gardener's Supply and their great people. My only reason for holding back one star is that the communication is not great. I've had to reach out to get status on each of my orders. It would be helpful if they could be quicker to send updates - if something is on backorder, when it will ship, that kind of thing. Otherwise, it's a great site - great products at fair prices.

Found these beautiful plant shelves and just had to order them. They are really cute. I use two for plants and one as a small side table. They were very easy to put together and came with all the equipment needed. Great item.

An attractive website, exactly the items I needed (both chicken wire and plastic cloches), easy to order and quick delivery. Thanks

The flower pot looked perfect but was going to take 3 months to deliver. Not acceptable. Too bad.

Placed order on 9/24 with item showing in stock. On 9/29, I emailed as the order was still just showing processing. Received a reply back the following day which said they would look into the status. Called on 10/2 to find out why it hadn't shipped yet and item was now showing out of stock online. Was told they weren't sure why it hadn't shipped but since I ordered it when it was showing in stock I should still be receiving it. Said to give it until the following week. Another week goes by and still nothing. I called again to cancel the order and was told my ticket might have just been lost but it might still be getting shipped out. I could request a return slip to send it back if that happened. Later that night I received a shipping confirmation. Coincidence??? I didn't wanna go through the hassle of having to hold the item and ship it back so I ended up keeping it. The product is nice but the customer service representative that first responded to my email (Craig) should have gotten everything squared away and not made me have to wait several more days and 2 phone calls to get it right.
