Received part of my order in a timely manner, however, when I placed my order I was not advised until afterwards that one item was out of stock and would not be shipped until later. Still waiting for the item.

I ordered the garden roll out mats! I now have 9 of them in my garden! I use them for paths and they work perfectly to keep weeds from growing and are very attractive.

I ordered an item from your catalog (because the previous identical item had broken), and you shipped it to me. That's what I would expect of any company making product shipments to customers. I did appreciate that you gave me a partial credit on the broken item.

My order arrived right on time. The neighborhood cats were not happy when I put Cat Scat by the flowers.

Great gardening products that are hard to find anywhere else nearby. My order was well packaged and arrived within a week, On-line tracking and shipping info was helpful as Fl has everyday rain showers.

I have made several purchases this year to the point where I wasn't sure what i had ordered. The computer wasn't working this year for you to view your orders until the shipping season was almost over. So when an order didn't come, I finally called and found out the order didn't go through after I submitted it. Last year I would have given them a 5. I still will do business with this company but will keep a better record of what I purchase. The other problem that I had this year is that none of the coupons that I had worked in the system, so I paid full price for everything. I had on 10 or 20% off coupon that said that it wasn't valid, even though I used it right away.

I have not received the item I ordered in September. Each time I contact the company they give me a different excuse of why they have not shipped it yet. First it was back ordered, then it was the weather. It was suppose to ship this week but again not shipped. Don't understand how the nice weather in my area affects shipping of a house plant.
