We apologize for having you waiting 5 transit days for ground service for a part order that was shipped across the country, from California to the northeast coast. In the future, we will work diligently to find ways to minimize freight transit to help minimize the destructive emotional impact from... waiting.

The unit I bought is too expensive for not giving me good service and every time I complain I am told that I can return for service but I will have to pay for shipping which is not even guaranteed that I will get the unit back, I don’t use it more than once or twice per week and sometimes not for two weeks and yet it leaks and might soon run out like the ones before which were still under warranty. This is the last one that I will be purchasing after purchasing three already since 2020. I’m trying to find another source because I’m not being compensated for my loss and I’m not confident about paying fees to return back and forth. Not fair at all.

We are sorry that you are experiencing issue with your unit. For all units under warranty, all labor and parts are covered by our Factory Service Center. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns for units purchased more than 30 days ago. And for units without warranty coverage, we are still offering to help diagnose or service the unit for a flat rate fee. We have sent you a RMA to service your units and we stand ready to help you get back to your business and clients..
