If I could less than a zero. I would. Order #(PRIMO-0E1C79-E635) I sold them a $50 GC for $35. Its been a month and still nothing. This is ridiculous. They took the money off the GC almost immediately though. They keep saying the same thing. Its in review. For a month???? Over $35. This is unacceptable. I will be contacting a lawyer.

It’s has been 35 days since I submitted my cards. I get the same response from this Justin Cooper. It’s always the same generated email. Complete fraud and will steal your items with no intention of paying back. DO NOT USE this company. Scam, scam, scam!!!

I redeemed a $50 unused gift card that had a receipt with GC Primo . My reference number is PRIMO-709C22-56D7. My gift card balance was deducted immediately, but after 7 business days I still had no payment. Justin Cooper, the Operations Manager, was the only person I could communicate with, yet he repeatedly admitted he could not tell me where my redemption was in the process, could not verify that anyone had worked on my case, could not explain why I never received the promised status updates, and could not communicate directly with the team handling my funds. I was also told the disputes team would contact me directly, but that never happened. Based on my documented experience, I cannot recommend GC Primo to anyone seeking a reliable gift card redemption service.

This is a complete scam. I have been waiting for five days. I have contacted them numerous times and still no response. I also asked if I can chat with a supervisor they over and over state that someone will be entering the live chat and no one does . I sold them $100 gift card to Amazon and when I check my car today something just told me to do it now it has a zero balance. This is unacceptable and I will find a way to file a report against it, but anyone trying to do anything with them. It is a total scam.

The website claims that most payouts will be sent out in under 8 hours with some taking up to 5 days depending on the amount on the gift card and the issuer. I asked their ai bot about my card and it assured me that because it was a Mastercard prepaid card and it was for $100 that I would for certain get my payment in under 8 hours… once their team got back to work… so 24 hours later still hasn’t moved passed received…. So I look at the cards total because I’m getting suspicious and sure enough I only had 4 cents left in the card and all the money had been spent at one location, a tri tip restaurant Monterey California just a couple hours after I submitted it to gc primo. Today’s day five I just checked the status for my reference number PRIMO-51AF80-ACAD and it still is on the first step… received. So they haven’t even looked at it yet? Liars! Absolute scam! Do not do business with this sight or your money will just disappear like it did for all the other reviewers on trust pilot. PRIMO-51AF80-ACAD
