These people keep asking me how I like my items, but they have been sitting somewhere in Romulus for the past 10 days. I have contacted them and let them know 3 different times o was concerned with my package NOT moving! These people also lie it says they are in Florida, when the package got shipped out of China! Thats a lie! Dont buy anything form These people unless you have a life time to wait for it to show up.

Worst experience ever. I ordered shoes and a shirt. Got the shirt and never got the shoes. I've tried contacting the support email and they responded a month later saying my shoes got lost in transit and asked if I would like a replacement pair sent. OBVIOUSLY I WANT A REPLACEMENT PAIR.!! It's now been 2 months and I have yet to receive my shoes or a refund and have not been contacted about them since and I have sent over 10 emails asking about them. At this point I'm reporting fraudulent activity on my bank to get money back and will never shop from this company again. Never in my life have I ever delt with an issue like this and I have ordered from all kinds of places before. I don't like hard earned money being messed with like this and false advertising and scamming bull crap. It's not okay and it will be reported since y'all don't wanna fix it.

I purchased three pairs of shoes! Totally skeptical but saw others got their shoes and kids loved it! However, I purchased three last year and still haven’t received any of them. I asked for an update- “we are contacting shipping to get update” never heard back! Asked for a refund then - nothing! Still waiting and it’s been months now and still no reply! Horrible customer service- not impressed and now I have to fight my credit card company and the store for a refund! Crazy!!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, a sweater, a phone case, and a pair of socks. One of the pair of shoes is printed backwards. The sweater is incorrect, it’s not a sweater it’s a zip up sweater which wasn’t what I ordered. The case is made of glass, obviously sensible as it broke day 2. The order was supposed to reflect a bogo for the sweater, hot charged for the sweater but the “free” item was the cheap socks. Overall the case was cool until it broke. Everything else is staggering poor quality.

Not worth the money spent. Looks nothing like the picture.

I never got the item I paid for. It was delivered to the wrong address
