I ordered a "USB rechargeable" coffee mug warming pad. After waiting 2 weeks for their slow shipping from China, I received a substantially different item than advertised, a corded warming pad that was not rechargeable (no battery) and had no USB of any type. When I called to request a refund, the representative tried to push several other options—a replacement, a quarter refund and store credit, a half refund, etc. before relenting and issuing a full refund, but only after I said I would initiate a credit card chargeback.

Ordered Power Knee resistance strap the cheapest, ridiculous Healthcare item I've seen in my life. Tried to use, it's worthless. You try to send back, it costs you, and takes forever for refund. So they offered me 24.50, on 55.00 order to resolve. What a racket!

I ordered a walking stick from this company for $25.19 through PayPal and received the item without a problem. Shortly after, I was charged $69.99 for some kind of a membership which I never authorized! This a SCAM that everyone should be aware of.

Avoid Them. They are a SCAM Product was good but then they sneak in a $69.99 per quarter "subscription fee" for their so called "Gear Elevation Rewards Program". If you call or email them, they will tell you the membership was clearly explained in the order form and the follow up email (which I never received).
