PRO: THE SERVICE REP THAT I TALKED TO WAS VERY HELPFUL. PRO: THE PART CAME IN PROMPTLY CON: I NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY THE PART ITSELF WAS UNAVAILABLE, BUT THE PART WITH THE HANDLE WAS AVAILABLE. CON: THE PART CAME IN WITH A VERY SHORT HANDLE. IM NOT EVEN SURE WHY ANYONE WOULD NEED A 3/4" DRIVE RATCHET WITH SUCH A SHORT HANDLE. WE WERE ABLE TO USE THE OLD HANDLE.

Ordered tools. Got tools. Nothing disappointing, nothing great.

Used the new airfile a couple of times and it works as designed. It came in without a second allen screw to hold the bit and Ive emailed the company twice now but have had no response after almost 2 weeks so I'm not feeling confident that there will be any support if the tool has problems. Therefore, I give it 3 stars.

It was actually my fault. I ordered the wrong impact drill adapter. I sent a contact us to see if I could exchange it a week ago. I have gotten a response back.

I ordered 6 impact sockets (5 were 3/8” drive, 1 was 1/2”). The shipping was quick and the checkout process was easy. However, I was confused when I received 5 sockets on the day of delivery. I immediately contacted Genius Tools, and they responded quickly the next day. They said that it was out of stock at the time of when my package was made, and knowing so co tinier to send the package without a socket, and without telling me. It was a little annoying but it was handled quickly and professionally, so I applaud that.
