You mentioned wanting the suit to look exactly like the fit pictured on our website. However, please keep in mind that the suit you received is a slim fit suit, which features a narrower cut through the shoulders, chest, and waist compared to a looser regular fit garment. Because your ordered measurements are eight sizes larger than the model featured on our site, the scaling, proportions, and overall silhouette will naturally look different on your specific body type. When you contacted us regarding a fit issue, we immediately sought to resolve it by requesting photos of the suit. This is our standard procedure to verify the physical measurements against your order details so we can determine the exact course of action needed to fix it. We remain completely committed to assisting you, but we still have not received the requested images despite three separate follow-ups from our support team. Rather than providing those images so we could help correct the issue, you chose to leave a negative review instead. Hi Jake, We allow returns on our items with the exception of custom size garments and clearance items. The jacket you purchased was a clearance item. This information was clearly stated on the product page as well as our return policy. In addition, we provide a size chart on our product pages that shows all of the finished measurements of each size we offer. We appologize that you are not satisfied with garment you purchased or our store policy. We do our very best to provide accurate images, discriptions and product information so our customers can make an educated choice for their needs.

Your initial request for a return stemmed from dissatisfaction with the garment sizing and a demand that we begin production on a replacement before the original item had been returned. Our team provided clear return instructions and explained that a new order would need to be placed through our website in order to select a different size. A detailed size chart is available on the product page to assist customers in choosing the most appropriate fit. Subsequently, you reported that our website was malfunctioning when, in fact, the issue was due to your bank declining the transaction. This was accurately explained to you by our Customer Service Manager. Your response to this clarification was inappropriate and disproportionate, as our representative made no personal insinuations regarding your financial status. Following this, you directed unprofessional and disrespectful remarks toward our staff, insisting that the issue originated on our end when it was the result of an invalid coupon code you entered. The website’s error message clearly indicated this, and had it been reviewed carefully, the confusion could have been avoided. Even after your second order was successfully processed, you continued to make unfounded accusations, demanded a discount, and insisted on speaking to a manager, despite the fact that you were already corresponding with one, whose title was clearly listed in her communications. Your conduct throughout these exchanges was discourteous and inconsistent with the standards of professionalism we expect from any customer, particularly one holding an advanced degree. My employees deserve to be treated with respect, and I will not allow them to be subjected to hostility or verbal aggression under any circumstances. For this reason, we have instructed our team to process a full refund for your order and to close your account with us. We believe it is in both parties’ best interest to discontinue this business relationship.

Hello Courtney and thank you for providing us with your honest feedback regarding your experience. I would like to make clear that one, we use no virtual assistance in our customer service. We are extremely busy during prom season and if you had called and not left a message, how can you expect a call back to resolve your issue? Secondly, the garment you received from us is exactly as shown on our website down to the four buttons shown on the sleeve. Since all of our full suits and tuxedos are made once ordered, there are no off the rack suits that are to be had here. We deeply apologize that you were not satisfied with your purchase and the free shipping you got on your order. We in no way falsely advertise any of the garments or items sold on our website. You are free to use any service you would like to return the garment to us, and we only request that you provide a return tracking number, which I see is yet to be provided. We look forward to receiving your return and processing your refund in full.

Additionally, we apologize if you had difficulty finding the return policy which is located on every page of our website. The return instructions provided to you repeat the 4 points a customer needs to know in case they fail to read the return policy. You are correct that we do not provide return labels, nor do we charge for returns like 80% of retailers this holiday season.
