I placed my order in January 2023. I received an update that my order was in transit. I contacted Geologie three weeks after my order because I had not received it, and the tracking information was not updating. Geologie (Andy) told me that sometimes there is a delay and that I should expect an update in the next couple of days. I waited a few more days, and the shipping vanished. I could not get anyone to contact me back after several more attempts. I asked for a full refund in mid-February and still did not hear back. The updates I have received since then are "DHL team confirmed with us that your order was showing signs of update in their system" what does that even mean? This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I will never purchase again, and I think this company is a scam.

Hey Scott. Thanks for sharing your feedback, and sorry to hear that you didn't have a better experience than we typically strive to provide. It sounds like our customer support team has indeed been in communication with you to ensure you're taken care of. We've made a number of logistical improvements over the past few weeks to ensure that we're able to deliver over 90% of our U.S. customers their orders within 3-4 business days. In addition to that, we're also now utilizing smarter technology to identify and quickly resolve potential delays or tracking issues in real time. Apologies for the delays you experienced, and we'll look forward to providing you with much faster turnaround times in the future. We'd love the opportunity for a second chance and would be happy to share a unique discount with you on a follow-up order. Just hit up our support team if we can make that happen for you.

The package took forever to ship and the product is way over priced. You get about a 7 day supply for 50 dollars and they say its a month supply. It took one month to get here.

Thanks for sharing, Schuyler! Your trial order should last much longer than seven days. If for any reason it doesn't, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team to make sure our application guidelines make sense. A little goes a long way! Our team is also more than happy to help find a regimen that works for you and your budget. To confirm, it looks like you did not get started with a personalized regimen that usually comes with a solid first-time subscriber discount. If there's anything from your order you'd like to move forward with, our team can ensure you're receiving a nice lifetime discount to help you stay affordably consistent with your regimen. And happy to share that we’ve made logistical improvements over the past few weeks that have ensured we're able to ship all of our orders via an expedited service that’s delivering most packages in the US within 3-4 business days. Apologies for any shipping delays you experienced, and we'll look forward to providing you with much faster turnaround times in the future.

The best customer service, period. Personal, responsive. And a great product.

Thanks so much for saying that, Seth! We appreciate you and are here for you if there's anything we can help with along the way. Hope things continue to go well with your regimen.

I placed my order January 10th. There has been no update from tracking. Stefan at Geologie said he reached out and assured me the package has shipped and is on the way. He provided a link which said “no results found”. This was a week ago and have received no response. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had ordering a product online. I want my money back to be completely honest.

Hey Christian! Thanks for your review, and sorry to hear about your shipping issue. It sounds like our team has been in close contact with you and ensured you were taken care of with a replacement order. We ran into some widespread shipping issues in January that impacted about 10% of our customers, and have since upgraded shipping services that are already showing noticeable improvements to turnaround times. Apologies again for your order being impacted and glad that our team was able to get you taken care of. Don't hesitate to reach back out if there's anything else we can help with.

At first, I gave them a one-star review because the shipping process took too long but then Andy on the customer service team gave me a discount and dhl provided me with an estimated delivery date so now I am confident that I will receive the products. I also found out that they have been working on shipping delays and are expediting the process. Overall, I have not tried them yet but based on all of the reviews, no one complains about the products being bad so I'm hopeful that they will work and be beneficial for me and my routine.

TL;DR Subpar product, overpriced, scammy business practices, DO NOT Recommend. I signed up for the trial and was unimpressed with the product so I canceled the subscription. I received no emails or notifications that I had an upcoming charge or shipment, but two months later I received a bill for $107 and emailed geologie for a refund, letting them know I had already cancelled. They told me that I had only canceled the next shipment and that they had already put the product together and since it is customized, they could not cancel or refund it. I asked them to cancel my subscription, but they only responded by offering a discount instead of agreeing to my request to cancel. I went to the website to try and cancel the whole membership and realized how difficult they make it to do so. The “cancel subscription” option on the page is the same thing I clicked the first time, and it apparently only canceled the next order, so I then had to email them again to close my account and remove my payment information (I haven’t received an answer back yet). This company has incredibly shady business practices with very little transparency into how their subscriptions work. I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend purchasing anything from them or ever giving them your credit card info. Also, side complaint, but they only have a 3.5 star rating on trust pilot but boast a 4.2 rating on their website. So their marketing is inaccurate as well. Update: I received an email back dry quickly from Geologie (only one business day). They confirmed my subscription was canceled and gave me an update on my he shipment i was supposed to be getting already. Customer service is quick and helpful (after you say no to them trying to lure you back in), but I’m still staying away from them moving forward.

Hey Solomon. Thanks for your review here. Our support team's been happy to help and we can clarify and address a few points you've raised here. Our records indicate that you skipped your first full-size order with us in October, effectively delaying it by its standard shipping frequency of three months, to mid-January. Your subscription with us was unfortunately not canceled until after the latest order had already begun processing and shipped. Our cancellation and return policies are communicated clearly in our diagnostic results, order confirmation emails and FAQ's. While we aren't able to cancel a regularly scheduled regimen order after it begins processing, our team is always happy to help customers move forward more affordably with their regimen if budget is a concern. Our support team has been communicative and did indeed confirm that your subscription with us is canceled moving forward, and you should have also received a separate confirmation email on that for your records. Let us know if you have any other questions about membership details or if there's anything else we can help with along the way!
