We run a family business and our main source of income is our online shop (opencart) - last Monday at around 8pm, our site was hacked (and this sort of thing never happens to you..right?) All our product and category pages were affected. We know enough to get around editing the site etc.. but when this happened, we felt helpless. Running your own business is stressful, but that evening was madness. We searched around google and the opencart forums and getastra popped up. When we landed on their site, the live chat was online and we chatted to a real human being, Joy (not a bot) - He was great, friendly and helpful. Joy and Dylan made sure our site was secure in a few hours. We are very impressed with the service and level of professionalism Joy and Dylan showed. They go the extra mile. One less thing to worry about.. now we can sleep at night, no more nightmares :) They even followed up the next day asking if everything was running ok with the business -> legends. Once again thank you, Dylan, Joy and GetAstra. You are doing a great job. Take care, Jamie

Before signing up with Astra, I used cloudbric for a week. My site went down for 24 hours and I was trying to contact support which was very very slow. Finally, it took them 2 days just to email me that all issues were caused by my hosting provider. I just unsubscribed and decided to try Astra. My experience with this team has been excellent: - Installation was quick and no issues occured. - The dashboard is easy to use. - Chat support is very friendly and always there to help me and answer any questions. - Everything is being taken care of extremely fast! - My website is well secured. Thank you Astra team for the excellent support and service!

Astra Security is Fantastic. There support chat is excellent. I first came across Astra a couple of weeks ago when searching the internet reading articles looking for the best and reasonable priced security for my website. Their support chat popped up saying they were available if I needed any help. AlI I can say is thank goodness they popped up because they saved my life. I Signed up there and then. They starting protecting my website and I felt so relieved. I receive emails daily about attempted threats or logins. I have used other security services is the past but this is far the best because I don't have to do anything except sit back and know that my site is secure. There support chat is very friendly, helpful and have gone beyond and above to help me. They are top of my list for recommending.

Astra's Technical Support is the best I have experienced in my life! Dylan was the incredibly talented Technical Guru we worked with at Astra. The Astra WAF installation was extremely smooth and fast. The Astra login console is very well designed and easy to use. I give Astra a Perfect 10! Needless to say I will be recommending Astra quite often. John
