Customer services answered my email very promptly - even on a Saturday . They also sent a follow up email two days later to check my query was answered.

I also had the problem of finding it difficult to unsubscribe. Although I used the automated unsubscribe, the company continued to send me more. It might have been worth it if the cream actually did its job, but I saw no difference whatsoever. Avoid getting into this trap.

My cancelation went smoothly without a hitch. Much appreciated.

Ridiculous shady business practices! I ordered buy 3 get 3 free but to my surprise, my confirmation email said I subscribed to repeat delivery. I didn't opt on that at all! Evidently, it is automatic! When I immediately told them to cancel. They said they'd get back to me. Well guess what, they shipped the order the next day. When I complained again they said they checked and that the subscription option was selected. Ya, because they do that themselves! They said they would send me a link in a future email to cancel! Shady and not deserving of anyone's business!!

I have been using the Cellu cream on my arms for a few weeks - I can see the crepey skin getting better. I will continue to use it and hopefully see more results. I goes on nice and smooth, no smell and creamy. I am using the subscription for more savinngs and ensuring I will be getting more.
