Worst service I've received, no good customer service, I good hanged up quickly, and issue wasn't resolved.

Hello Fernando. I apologize for the issue you had during your test. We see that you used your voucher to schedule the test. We understand you had an issue while taking the test. Any issues during test taking are something Pearson VUE would need to take care of. All test interruptions would need to have a case created directly with Pearson VUE.
