Get Certified America!Reviews of getcertifiedamerica.com

Get Certified America made it easy to understand the process of taking certification exams. The communication Of exam requirements and preparation made the whole process less stressful and added to my confidence in taking my exams.

I had trouble connecting and the proctor was very patient. Excellent communication.

After 2 days of attempting to schedule my MOS Certification exam, you were the only company that provided me with excellent customer service and truly addressed my request to take the exam remotely, While professional circumstances prevented me from being able to take the scheduled exam, I will contact you in the future for my exam needs as well as share your company as a resource to the individuals that I train, through my training and consulting business - TAB Training & Consulting, LLC. Thank you so much for being there through what was a very frustrating experience. You are AWESOME!

I found Get Certified America via an online search. It was easy to purchase a sitting fee and schedule my exam. The Proctor was helpful and encouraging, which I appreciated because I was slightly nervous! For my second exam, I purchased it through Get Certified America and saved $10. I recommend this service and I will book future exams with them whenever possible.

Get Certified America made it very easy for me to start the whole process of getting Certified and provided me with all needed information and resources. Moreover, they explained all steps of the process very clearly. I was able to schedule for my test easily and quickly.

I received my MOSE certification through Get Certified America! and had a great experience. Whenever I had a question or needed to reschedule a test, the staff was professional, polite, and helpful.

My Saturday afternoon exam stopped working, with about 20 minutes left on the timer. The proctor tried to restart the exam four times while waiting for feedback on what had happened. Ultimately, it was determined that the server was undergoing maintenance (during the day???), and my exam was rescheduled for Monday morning. I was thrilled to have the same proctor on Monday morning, so we crossed our fingers and celebrated when I passed. This is an amazing team, and I am thrilled to be testing with them!

Scheduling was confusing at first and I honestly thought it was a scam mainly because of the scheduling landing page but was running out of options so I still went with it but turns out it was legit. It was very easy to change my appointment. The staff was very pleasant to talk to. Process is simple and fluid. Saved me a trip to the center. I was taking the Dreamweaver certification (passed). I highly recommend everyone to use Get Certified America if attempting exams online. On a similar note; had 3 consecutive bad experiences with OnVue (the Pearson staffed online testing version) where I had to get a refund from OnVue 3 times in a row due to exam software issues, whereas Get Certified America was a breeze to schedule and take the exam online with.
