The process was very easy. The proctor was so nice and patient. We had an issue with my anti virus software but a trouble shooter was on the line quickly and walked me through what I needed to do to fix it and then I was off to the races. Getting results so quickly put my mind at ease. Great way to test from home!

Company has great and helpful employees. Other companies can make the testing experience adversarial and frustrating. I was walked through the process smoothly.

Easy process and good instructions on the exam day access. Although that it was a little confusing that account that I used to buy exam voucher is different than the exam account.
