They took my money out of my account for a mouth guard and never sent me a confirmation email! When I email them they keep saying there’s no order with my name or email address! They just keep telling me they can’t find my order and I must have a different name or email! This is theft, they took my money and did not place the order!

I ordered the product and was absolutely unable to complete the mold process - I got physically ill from the attempting to capture the tooth mold with the product - I contacted Cheeky and requested a refund - was told sure - I would need to pay for the kit $17.00 that I used unsuccessfully- 4 weeks later only sent me another kit for an impression!!! No refund as of yet - AVOID THIS COMPANY - poor customer service and ability to cancel “subscription “ - horrible experience

I recivede my first night guard and it did not fit. I have good oral Hygiene, and it made my gums bleed if I wore it for longer then ten minutes. I sent it back and never received a replacement in a different more suitable material. This morning I have a charge on my account for another guard made in the same material as the first one. I have never been able to test this product for longer then a few minutes and now I am out as much money as it would have cost to have a dentist fitting.

Worst company ever. Ordered a mouth guard July 23rd and it took 10+ days to get the impression kit. The putty wouldn't set and they have no idea what the progress is on the mouth guard. They expect me to go through the impression process all over again, but no 2nd kit arrived. They received my impression from the 1st kit one week ago. I cannot get my refund, they won't even use the word refund, or let ne know how long I have to suffer through their incompetence, and I am so sick of this. 26 days later and no mouth guard, or proof one is even being made. Even if you have had good luck in the past, do NOT ever use Cheeky. They are no longer a trustworthy company. Customer service is completely useless or non existent. Update: The mouthguard showed up 4+ weeks later and (surprise!) it doesn't fit properly. It falls off and is a major choking hazard. Probably due to the fact that their putty doesn't set for hours, which I explained to them before they approved the impression. I contacted them and waited a week to finally fill out a form and be approved for a replacement. They offered to send me a replacement impression kit and I said yes. 10 days later I ask for the tracking on my impression kit and their ridiculous AI sends me a message saying they never even sent it! They said I would need an "account specialist" to look into this and I've gone days without hearing back after replying. Once again, even though I am furious and fed up, and they are incompetent, I do not get offered my $144 dollars back from 6+ weeks ago, AND I have no usable nightguard I don't even have one on the way. Unbelievable! You usually don't get a real person via email, just their AI that forgets you exist. I cannot warn people against this horrible company enough. Get a mouthguard somewhere else, or just flush $144 down the toilet.

I ordered a mouth guard on MAY 24 and got an email back saying it would be delivered AUGUST 16!! 👎🏻👎🏻 I would highly recommend any one else besides Cheeky!
