I have really enjoyed my time with Lindsey as we have been working on building a foundation. I am currently in a GLP1 and would like to eventually be off of it but right now the foundation is being built and I’m thankful for that and her time when we meet!

I’m really enjoying my nutrition classes with Karina. I have been struggling after a recent large weight loss and she is guiding me in maintaining the loss. She works with me to implement strategies and action plans, while supporting me in my much needed behavioral and emotional goals as well. Each session is so helpful. Thank you, Karina!
