Everything was smooth and easy
Everything was smooth and easy. Great customer service. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because their radio is too loud and I couldn’t hardly hear the ladies.

The employees were wonderful
The employees were wonderful, very kind and efficient. The only reason why this didn't get 5 stars is because it seems that they do a hard credit check in order to get a payday loan. If I had great credit, I wouldn't need to get a payday loan to begin with. The only thing impacting my credit rating is my student loans, which should not be a factor in getting a payday loan.

It would &ave been 5 stars but the last time i cashed a check you charged me more than when i got a payday loan !
