Ordering and delivery were quick and simple. We did have an issue with the product, but Julia responded swiftly to my email and sent a replacement quickly. FurLife has great customer service, and Julia is a positive example of delivering top-notch service to the customer!

Even though I complained about the cat collars not being effective multiple times within the 30 days. They refused a refund because it was after the 30 days that i actually used the words I want a refund! This company does NOT DO THE RIGHT THING. My 2nd order that they said is what I needed, shampoo and spray was a wasteof time and money. It was within the 30 days and they offered 40% refund, then 80% refund, but never the money back. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! $200 later with no positive results using their products!!!!!
