I love the FurLife solution for my little dog and my support golden retriever-in-training. I had a bit of a mishap, and JeAnne was just wonderful to help. My highest recommendation to FurLife!!!

The collar kept my 2 dogs tic free for 3 weeks. Now my dogs are getting tics again. They claim it works for 12 months and it didn’t even work for 1 month. I am very disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry to hear that the collar didn’t provide the lasting protection you expected. Our collars are designed to offer up to 12 months of natural protection against fleas and ticks, and many of our customers do see long-term results. However, we also recognize that effectiveness can vary depending on factors like your pet’s environment, exposure to high-risk areas, and even individual sensitivities. We understand how disappointing it is to see ticks return after just a few weeks. This is certainly not the experience we aim to deliver, and we apologize for the frustration it's caused. Please know that our team is here to help. If you haven't already, we’d appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and find a resolution for you. You can reach out to us at [email protected] so we can assist you directly. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us improve, and we hope to have the chance to make this right for you and your dogs.

We've use this for all three of our dogs for about a year and recently repurchased the product. Our black lab is constantly in the woods and fields, our lab/husky loves to be outside and we just welcomed our Boston Terrier in November. All three have the pods on their collars and we haven't had an issue with fleas or ticks. I love that we have the option of natural flea and tick prevention that works! I feel great about using this product on our animals for their safety and the safety of our three children! Customer service is also A+++

I will forever be grateful for the rugged design of the FurLife pendant. My dog was attacked by a bulldog mix today but thankfully the dog latched on where the pendant sits on my girl’s collar. It prevented the dog from grabbing any skin despite it taking the other dog’s two owners several minutes to get their dog off mine. While not its intended function, I’m thinking of lining her collar with them like armour. Thank you FurLife. You definitely saved a life today.

Bought 2 a month ago for our Chiwinne and Toy Poodle. Yesterday I had to remove a tick from our Toy Poodle. Now need to purchase additional coverage for both dogs.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear that you found a tick on your Toy Poodle after using our collar. While our collars are designed to provide ongoing, natural protection for up to 12 months, no flea and tick solution—natural or chemical—can guarantee 100% effectiveness in every situation. Factors such as your location, environment, and each pet’s unique biology can all impact how well a product works. We completely understand your concern and frustration, especially since you were hoping this would be an all-in-one solution. Your pet's health and comfort are very important to us, and we truly regret that the collar didn’t fully meet your expectations. If you'd be willing, we’d love the chance to make this right. Please contact us at [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist you further and explore a resolution. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue to improve our products and service.
