FurLife has responded to my problem with the 12 month protection pendants for my cats. The liquid in all four had dissipated within a month. They have sent a replacement of all four. Hopefully these will hold up. I thought I was getting the run around at first until Julia messaged me with the news of the replacements. Thank you Julia for your quick response without question to replacements. I hope you get a raise. You definitely deserve it!😊

I placed the wrong order for flea and tick, as I wanted the actual collars and not the pendants, and contacted FurLife customer service. Patrick was wonderful and sent me the correct order and told me to keep the order I already received. Great Customer Service! Thank you. Michele C.

I was pleasantly surprised to have my email received back to me with a quick response from JeAnne , I ordered 2 collars but I accidentally shipped them to the wrong address I emailed a letter asking for a change of address and within minutes my problem was taken care of .I appreciate communication back usually you don’t hear back from a vendor or sales I’m looking forward to trying your product too . Thank you so much JeAnne you were a huge help.

Buyer Beware!! Bought this product after reading thru their website and then seeing their 100% satisfaction guarantee we decided to purchase it. After using it for a week and not seeing the results we expected or that were promoted on their website, we requested a refund, which turned out NOT to be as easy as their refund policy makes it sound. Initially the Customer Service Rep, Donnie, tried to persuade me to keep it for another 25 days, well they only have a 30 day window for returns/refunds, so I declined, stating their “no questions asked” return policy. Then the rep offered me a 40% refund and I could keep the product. Again, I had to quote their return policy that states “no need to return product”, and once again pointed out that it was a 100% refund, per their policy. The rep then offered me an 80% refund and I could keep the product or if I wanted a full refund I needed to return the product, at my expense. Once again, I needed to quote and highlight from their own return policy how they offer your money back (not partial), no questions asked and no need to return the product, not to mention how our back and forth emails were now wasting my 30 day window for the return. I eventually did get a full refund with no need to return the product, but it was not easy!!

We are several weeks in using FurLife flea and tick collar and so far so good. Living in northern Wisconsin where ticks are a huge problem, doesn’t seem to be an issue for the FurLife collar. Also, the customer service is great! I had a small issue and Roy was super helpful! FurLife, you have a life long customer with me!

Julia and the team at Furlife were amazing ! I purchased a collar tag and had one end of it break soon after purchase I took a quick photo of it and explained the situation and they were so quick to respond and get me a new holder sent out within days ! Im a furlife customer !
