My little dog is flea and tick free! I have checked her from head to toe. And she is not having any reaction, other flea,tick meds, caused her irritation. Happy Puppy happy daddy . Well done FurLife, Nailed it!

I bought 8 collars thinking I would be getting the medallions with them. All I received was a cheep plastic collars that had a funky smell. I could have bought these the collars from Walmart and cost less. This a scam. They don’t work, still finding ticks on my dogs. DON’T BUY THESE!!!

We ordered the 12 month pendant for dogs at $39.99. We received a 8 month collar for $29.99. (But were Charged $39.99) After a long shipping process and finding out that this collar originated in China (shipped from). We contacted customer service through (email only) they informed us that we had to pay the return shipping basically for receiving the wrong item. Just not a trust worthy company to do businesses with, so We decided to cut our losses on this purchase!! Would not recommend them, with products Originating in China, and having to come through U.S. Customs, this is why they have a long wait time on shipping, and there's still no guarantee that your item will not get delayed at the port of entry. This company is no more than a Freight Forwarding Company for China, with a huge mark up on price. Have a blessed day! John & Brenda UPDATE: Nice try, we contested this Purchase through our Credit Card and our money was refunded!! There is a big difference between shipped from and made in. It's made in China imported through customs by you, then you relabel it and shipped it from Warehouse Manager 1215 E Washington BLVD Montebello, CA 90640-6013 All I did was peel your shipping label off of the original shipping from China. Amateur at best, you didn't even make sure it was the correct item before you re-shipped the wrong item to us. Not a Reliable Vendor!!!!

If I could possibly give a - 20 for this product I would, I made two orders one for my dogs and one for a friend's, not only do these collars NOT WORK they seem to be attracting ticks the other day I pulled at least 18 from one of our dogs the large deer tick kind and there were predominately around the neck/ears areas right next to the pendant, apon sending an email to customer service I was informed I need to wait till the 25th day after delivery to request a refund ( which goes against their " no questions asked within 30 days of purchase refund policy) but also that I should also purchase their new line of shampoo and spray or whatever to further help the products work, and emphasizing that it's intended to repell ticks so they don't bite but ticks may still crawl on the dogs, I then proceeded to show proof of the many ticks on my mothers service dog 90% again located on the neck/eat areas near the pendant, I've tried to call the customer service line and interestingly enough it's not a number that can be called ( not from my phone anyway I tried 3 times to call the number listed on their direct Website, I wish I had seen they have an f rateing with the bbb for 8 failures to respond to complaints against the company. I wish I hadn't bought this for not only my dogs but my friends as well

The week we put them on the dogs they both got ticks. The ticks stuck on too. This does not work.

I had seen the advertisement and wanted to try the product for my dog. I ordered the flea and tick tag and received a cheap collar. When I tried to contact support to alert them to the fact that I had received the wrong product, there was no response after days. I found alternate support on FaceBook and was informed that the company I had ordered from was a copy cat with fake products. Though the logo, name, site and products were exactly the same, getfurlife's response was basically "oops, order from us next time". I had ordered from tryfurlife.com. Trademark infringement should be aggressively pursued and protected. This lazy attitude in resulting in their customers getting 20 cent cheap and useless products from China. And copycats receive little or no retribution. 4/19/25: I can confirm that the site that took advantage of me has since taken down their products. But this only happened after I made a big fuss and complained loudly. When I checked yesterday, it was still active and working. FurLife has asked me to take down my one star review. But how can I when I paid for a product I never received and have still not tried. The fact that I was led to the wrong site is hardly my fault and I think FurLife should take greater responsibility.
