Excellent customer service

I got it for my grandmother who is pretty old and lives alone. Sometimes we order grocery for her online, and we wanted to make sure to see who is at the door before letting them in. I had some problem connecting it up with my wifi at first, but overall it does the job done. It's the most complete smart lock out there in the market for sure, and I totally recommend it.

We got this product for our new home recently. It was a bit pricey but it is well worth the price since this product is exactly what we needed. It comes in a really handy packaging and everything is exactly as advertised. If you like what you see in the ads and you think this product will fit your situation, go for it.

I really love the Gate. It was simple to install and after I figured out how to just adjust my door by pulling on my handle a couple of times for the alignment, it works perfectly.

Love my gate lock! I feel safe when it locks by itself after closing my door. It alows me to take walks around the lake without having to carry bulky keys. When I leave my home I can give someone a temporary code to get in and feed my cats or water my plants. When I return home it’s easy to change the password. It also has a camera that notifies you if someone comes to the door. After being notified you can speak to that person and even unlock the door remotely. We were in Europe and were able to see who was at our front door Amazing reception!

Great product. Took us a while to get familiar with its capability but really rely on this great product now.
