It was easy to obtain the medication needed & at an affordable price. I asked a second question of the doctor assigned to me & her response was confusing which I think might have been a translation issue. I am unhappy I had to send picture of my driver's license, supposedly to connect with a doctor certified in my state...the doctor assigned was not from my state. The medication arrived in a padded envelope with the box crushed, but tube & applicator appear intact. I would have liked to set up refills "upon request" as opposed to automatic, but there were no options & unsure how to change this. For now, we will just have to see how it works out in the next few months. But the cost of the medicine is what prompted my order, so I am very pleased with the price.
