This is my second 5-star review only because I keep getting pestered to review Notion again. The sensors work great out of the box, or they don't. When they don't, the app will tell you about it and offer a suggestion. In a couple of cases for me, the app suggested that I order a free magnet. The app then provides a link to the order form. The two door sensors that were not getting it right 100% of the time work perfectly now that I have installed the magnets and did a resync. It might save some postage if the Notion folks provided magnets with the sensor kits but it still works out in the end because the Notion Customer Service is great. This is definitely a nifty system and I highly recommend it.

Not good quality. - like right now, I am currently at work. I’m getting a notification the door is open. When no one is at home 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️… like whatttt!!!???

My home has dual hot water heaters. These fail on average every 10 years and when they do, they flood the basement to varying degrees depending how long the leak goes undetected. Needless to say this is frustrating. I installed notion sensors in my home...including one for water leaks from the hot water tanks. Within a couple of months the water leak sensor alerted us to a leak and we were able to shut off the failed hot water tank before it got the entire basement wet. This was quite a relief. The notion system paid for itself already and eliminated the need for a big cleanup. I am a big fan on this technology. It excels in reporting and monitoring which is what I am looking for in a system.

Easy to install and works perfectly.

Notion is by far, the easiest to set up and worked the first time. The app navigation was also easy to connect other mangers. I also got a discount on my home insurance for having leak sensors.

I am amazed at the customer service. They continue to alert me with issues with my system and have sent me door magnets for free which fixed the problem immediately after installing.

My motion detector keeps going off sending me notifications as if that door is open when it wasn't that was annoying.

Most of the time, the app doesn't notify when a door opens/closes
