My biggest issue is the status of my door sensors. The notifications are far and few between, not accurate most the time. If I log in the app directly it’s better but the notifications need to provide accurate/meaningful/timely dats

Outstanding product! Keeps me alerted to when people are coming and going in our venues. Cost effective solution to a full blown security system.

My 3 year old was at home with my wife. He was filling the toilet with rolls of TP and I received an alert while at work. I called my wife right away who simultaneously had spotted the incident but if she would have been 1 minute later it could have been much worse. It worked like I hoped it would.

Response by support is very very slow. Fix took months and should have only taken a few days.

Hi Dennis, Please accept our sincerest apology for the poor experience with our support team. We are constantly working on updates and improvements and your feedback is critical at helping us prioritize ways that we can do better. We did manage to get you a magnet to help with your alert issue. Please let us know if you are needing some assistance with installing the magnet. We are happy to help.

When I installed Notion, I was excited because the functionality, on paper, sounds awesome. Still, it is a nice product to detect when a door opens and to keep track of the temperature in your house... when it works. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars, is because the sensors don't work very well all of the time, for detecting open (or closed) doors. out of 4 sensos I installed, 2 Are OK and 2 I have to reset and re-link every other day or so, because they keep detecting the door is open. So don't be discourgae by this, there's an easy fix... you can just add a Notion magnet to the door, but this magnet, though the first is free, any extras are $15. This is what bothers me, this sensors are not cheap and Notion knows that they might have (in my case) a 50% reliability, unless you add the magnet, and the magnet is not provided, I feel like I'm paying twice for the functionality (door sensor) I was trying to acquire from the beginning.
