Received a free 2 sensor plus hub kit…
Received a free 2 sensor plus hub kit through xfinity. So far I’ve been very happy with them. Mounted one on my garage door to monitor temperature and open/close. I’ve found it very handy to be able to check if my garage door is open or closed. I have the second mounted on my sliding patio door monitoring motion. I’m impressed with the long battery life and the reliability of notifications to my phone.

Easy to order and setup additional sensors
Easy to order additional sensors, arrived really quickly, and so easy to set up and add to my existing setup.

Easy to install
Easy to install. Notion has technical people available that help with any questions or problems. I appreciate getting notifications of activities showing when and what the sensors are detecting, especially when I am away from home.

Water Leak Sensor Worked Perfectly
Recently had some plumbing work done which created water leaking at my notion sensor. The service performed exactly as promised. I received an alert that the sensor had detected a water leak, and then a second alert when water was no longer being detected at the sensor.

I had a lot of trouble with the bridge…
I had a lot of trouble with the bridge when I change internet providers and still have a sensor that shows the battery is low although they are new.

Hi Joe, Thank you for your positive review and feedback on the Notion Home Monitory Kit! We are sorry that you had issues with connecting the bridge when you changed internet providers. If you have any issues again or need assistance with walking through any sort of issues you may experience, know that our team is available to help you any time Monday through Friday, 8a to 6p MST at 1-877-668-4660, or via email at [email protected]. As for the battery life indicator on our Gen 3 kits, this is a new feature we implemented recently. Any other batteries used (come time to replace the batteries in the sensors) may not accurately be acknowledged by this feature. We are still working on improving this feature as it is based on the readings based on the basic batteries initially provided in the kits upon installation. As of now, we do not have any information on our next release update to improve this feature, allowing for the acknowledgement of other battery types (ie. rechargeable batteries, etc..).
