I get new turbos from them in May for my 2016 ford taurus sho. The turbos didn't even last 500 miles and started to leak oil. For the past mouth I am trying to get a hold of some one threw email about the one year warranty but no one is getting back to me.

I ordered a antenna for my ford explorer in early MAY. It is now July. They created a shipping label for the part in mid June and nothing has happened past that. I’m beyond pissed how does it take this long to ship 1 tiny part. They haven’t answered emails or calls...just don’t waste your money Idk if I can get mine back

I have tried and tried to get through to this company we ordered back in mid June. they short shipped us, and sent some type of random e mail saying the cost, but then saying +freight with no dollar figures. they charged our credit card but won't supply an invoice so we can reconcile the payment. Maybe we should just refuse the charge until we get the info we need. I need to talk to someone.... I have sent 3 urgent requests online and via e mail, plus have called over 10 times and no answer.

I am beyond pissed. I should've read the reviews before I ordered from these people. I was wondering if maybe it was all a scam since I can not get through on the phone. I have been on hold for a good 40 minutes. I don't have time for this crap. I ordered drain hoses for my sun roof and that was the 16th of June. It is now the 8th of July!! Update, the call ended for some reason and now it is telling me I reached them after hours?!? I am going to lose my cool. Take your money elsewhere people!

Ordered a tailgate step component for my Ford F150 pickup. For a special ordered Ford OEM part, it took about a week to come. Which is typical even when ordering from a dealer. Especially in a time of covid. I live in a rural area about 90 miles from the nearest Ford dealership. Being able to order this part online was a great benefit for me. And the price was about 15% cheaper than what I was quoted by a Ford dealership. I have no complaints about the service and price.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I understand there’s been problems due to the COVID pandemic slowing things up but it took over two weeks for someone to finally answer the phone after it sat on speaker while I worked for 48 minutes! As someone that deals with clients daily, it should be priority to have them feel like you care even if that means responding to an email or phone call without the answer to the problem just to let them know you are backed up but will work on it. I literally almost gave up and was willing to eat the $$$ in parts that don’t fit because I wasn’t sure anyone even worked here.

i called to get a refund back and email them and i did't get no answer been waiting for them to get back to me but didn't and i called 3 times and email 2 times .I could go anywhere else and get it alot faster answer and today i called and emailed about 6 more time and no answers am not happy and will just have to report this place and never had this bad of customer service in my life so go spend your money somewhere else and not this people and i supplied yall with my ordered number i just want my refund back now how can I proved you with the number when I already did it in an email already

I wish I could rate half a star. Do not order from them. I ordered a hose 2 weeks again and I guess it just hasn’t shipped?! No update on the order and I tried to call or get a hold of someone and no luck. I just want a refund and take my business elsewhere.
