Voy a escribir en español. No le pongo más estrellas, porque tardaron demasiado en responder algo simple y tuve que ir haciendo seguimiento durante varios días (entiendo que hubo fin de semana y feriado en el medio, pero no ameritaba tanta demora para la respuesta obtenida.

That was the worst experience ever! I’ve never had such a bad experience with a financial service — so glitchy, such poor quality, and such clueless customer support. First, when I had just signed up, they were unable to verify my biometric data. After they manually approved me, I immediately received a notice saying that someone had accessed my account. I contacted support, and they told me everything was fine and there was nothing to worry about. A few months passed, and one day I was unable to log in to my account even though I urgently needed to send money. I had to contact them again to get it fixed manually. And that’s not all. A few months later, another weird thing happened. Some guy messaged me directly on my personal WhatsApp (!), saying that Ontop had a new health insurance program and that I had been chosen to get it for free! He also sent me a link to a Lovable prototype (!). Of course, I thought it was a scam, so I immediately contacted support, assuming they had had a data breach. Support confirmed that they didn’t have any such health program and that the message was a scam. A couple of days later, they came back to me and told me they had been wrong! They did have such a program, and the guy who contacted me with the Lovable link (!) was legit! Unbelievable! Finally, the contract that forced me to use this piece of c was over, and I wanted to delete my account entirely. But I can’t! The delete option just doesn’t work. It says I need to have no active contract and a zero balance. And I do! I have no active contract and no money in my account. After a couple of months, they still haven’t fixed it! So if you have a choice, AVOID THIS PIECE OF C BY ANY MEANS! If, like me, you’re forced to use it — God be with you.

Avoid this platform. Highly unstable and unreliable. In two months of usage I have had to raise two regression support tickets with the platform and wait for more than two weeks for them to resolve the issue.
