The process of selling my house was significantly easier than I ever expected it to be. I felt like for the past few years that when I would buy and sell houses, it was a complete rip off… paying the real estate agent a commission for 3% on each side just blows my mind. I stumbled across Ridley and felt like what’s there to lose if I put $1000 out and it doesn’t work, I’m not too upside down on the transaction in general… considering that my alternatives were to pay an agent 150k. So I took the leap. And let me tell you the process was way easier and streamline than I ever expected it to be. Going forward I will absolutely be using Ridley for every transaction.
