Tom was awesome to deal with. Very helpful and personable. One thing that cannot be overlooked though is I bought a close to $30,000 vehicle and it didn't even get detailed before it was delivered. I don't think that's too much to ask for at all and you guys dropped the ball on that. Also there are numerous gettacar stickers adorning the vehicle. Again I didn't pay close to $30,000 to be a rolling advertisement for gettacar. Small things in the grand scheme of it but annoying and things that really stuck out upon receiving the vehicle.

Excellent experience. Tom was very helpful in finding us a great deal and Darren and the Field Operations team not only found a great parking spot, but stuck around and answered all of our questions upon delivery. 5/5 Would recommend.

I worked with Jimmy D. in financing my first car. Jimmy was very helpful in letting us know what cars we were qualified for and what fit our budget. He was very clear and straightforward with the policy and made the process very easy for us. We didn't get the car delivered yet, but we are excited for the prompt delivery. I would recommend working with getacar.com.

I applied days ago and I have not heard anything back, the app keeps telling me my application was submitted and someone will call me during normal business hours and yet no one has called me. I have called and called the 800# and no one will pick up the phone, I have no clue if the car I was interested in is even still available or what’s going on with my application. This is not a fun experience at all 😡

Probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had (and I have had MANY). Tom took care of every detail. Fair price, good financing terms. Brought exactly what I was looking for right to my door. The one little hiccup I had got taken care of immediately. The days of sitting down for four hours with a salesman who has to keep going back to "talk to his manager" are over!
