Good experience all in all. Natalie was very patient with me and the team did a good job. Sometimes I felt like I had to ask for things a few times but I am persistent. Costs would have been better explained upfront - so I could purchase the things I would have found more useful. But being first time author there is a learning curve.

Engagement from Jonathan was great, he promptly followed up on all milestones for my audio book recording and worked to take my feedback. I would give 5 stars to him, but the delays caused by the project over all due to artist delays I had to mark it down to 3.
