I ordered a basket for Cambodia, initially to be delivered for Friday. Unfortunately, the date was rescheduled to Saturday. The recipient, however, was only able to get it on Monday since it was a business address and he was not in his office during the weekend. The delivery was actually postponed because of the consecutive Cambodian holidays, which resulted in some technical difficulty for the courier. Considering the days of delay, one might think that this would be a negative review. However, overseas delivery is a tricky business, and I completely understand how the date was pushed back. But more importantly, the team in Giftbasketsoverseas were extremely helpful with all my queries, and were able to assure me of the successful delivery of the gift basket. I was probably in contact with around five customer service personnel in the course of three days, either through confirming if the order was being processed or for confirming that the delivery was actually made. They also contacted the intended recipient, first to remind him that there was a gift waiting for him, and second to confirm if he was able to receive it. In all these instances, the team was able to answer my concerns, and were patient and attentive. Overall, the service is excellent! I definitely recommend Giftbasketsoverseas for any overseas deliveries to your loved ones.

Our son is in Spain for a semester and got quite sick - had to take himself to the hospital, get antibiotics, had no one to take care of him. So I found Gift Baskets Overseas online, ordered a healthy breakfast basket, paid with PayPal and crossed my fingers that it wasn't a scam. Not only is it legitimate, but when I didn't have a landline to give them for him they tracked one down (and sent it to me so I'd have it too) and when I gave them an incomplete address (because that's all I had), they tracked that down too. My son got his basket and I'm amazed that service like this still exists. Awesome, awesome, awesome.

I ordered a wedding basket to be delivered to Belize - I live in NZ. The ordering was an easy process with plenty of reassuring prompts and emails, updating me of the order's progress right up to its delivery and beyond. The Bride and Groom were thrilled with their basket and it arrived in good time before their ceremony. Please consider using this company for any gift baskets you need -- for family, friends, coworkers, and the like. I had a wonderful experience with GiftBasketsOverseas. I was tentative about sending a basket, mostly because of the location in a public building, and the fact that I was totally unfamiliar with the setting. However, my son received this amazing gift with no issues at all. Everyone loved the items as well. We sent a gift basket to honeymooners in Italy and the order was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The customer service rep was very helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. I found this company after a horrible experience with 'Pickupflowers'. My girlfriend lives in Denmark while im here in the U.S. and I wanted to send her something special and after reading some great reviews about 'GiftBasketOverseas', I decided to go forward with them. I would of given them five stars but couldn't do that due to two small but annoying mistakes. First I asked numerous times and even included it as a special instruction requesting that when they call my girlfriend that they don't tell her who the purchaser was, I at least wanted that part to be a surprise. All they needed to say is "we have a gift from a friend of yours and need your address" I didn't mind the part of them calling her since I don't have her address and asking myself would easily ruin the surprise plus I knew they would have to confirm she would be available for the delivery due to the nature of the gift contents. They assured me nobody calling her would even know who the purchaser is because the florist doesn't have that information but what happens? I get a text from my girlfriend after their call to her bleeding with joy because somebody told her "hey we have a delivery from so and so and need your address" ...well thanks!!! I mean I know she would of suspected it was me regardless but I could of played it off saying maybe the 'friend' is somebody else or a family member but nope, they took the joy for me right out of it! I still tried to play it off as best I could which didn't work. I also should mention, my girlfriend told me later on that she did press the lady quite a bit on the matter BUT said it was mainly because the lady they had calling had a very harsh accent which was very hard to understand and she was almost ready to hang up on her, I understand this can be a touchy thing but maybe just consider having those of their home country call or use people with little to no accent. Secondly, they spelled my name wrong on the card and I confirmed several times that I submitted the signature correctly! Another small but annoying mistake because she wants to put this card up on the wall but it doesn't look too good when it's some random joes name on the card!! But all in all, my girlfriend was soooo overwhelmed with her gift and even though she knew '"something" was on the way, she had no idea it would be so beautiful!! I wish I could attach the pictures!!! The bouquet was full of lively roses amounting to between 35-40 roses after counting!!! Chocolates provided by the best Danish chocolate company in Denmark!! Surprisingly, good quality wine that we are waiting to pop together on my next flight out there!! and a nice teddy bear to top it all off!! And did I mention it came out $20 cheaper than with 'Pickupflowers' and it came with two extra gifts!! So overall, the good definitely outweighed the mistakes!!
