We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such thoughtful, detailed feedback and updating us on your experience—your honesty is incredibly valuable to our team and drives every improvement we make. We’re sincerely sorry for the earlier hiccups with the filter fit and the chip error, and we deeply regret any frustration or inconvenience these small issues caused you. The chip error you encountered was due to unexpected strong magnetic fields during shipping, which can occasionally demagnetize the chip; it’s an issue we’ve taken very seriously. We’re endlessly grateful you gave us the chance to make things right, and we’ve already implemented enhanced anti-magnetic protection for our chips during packaging and transit to fully resolve this problem. We also fine-tuned the filter’s dimensions specifically based on feedback like yours, ensuring a perfect, flush fit for your GE Profile refrigerator’s compartment door—just as you’ve seen with our updated version. We want you to feel completely confident choosing our filters, which is why we back all our products with a 2-year warranty. If you ever face any issues, have questions, or need help with anything at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out—our customer service team is always ready to assist you and fix any problem promptly and thoroughly. We’re so glad our coconut shell carbon block effectively removes the chlorine taste from your Idaho tap water, bringing you fresh, clean, great-tasting water every day. Thank you again for your trust, patience, and for helping us become better. Wishing you and your family endless crisp, refreshing hydration, and all the comfort and joy in your daily life!
