it says over 40+ use but after 5-8 use…
it says over 40+ use but after 5-8 use the lashes starts to fall off and it starts to look bad. I'm kinda disappointed...

Best cust service!
Didnt love the product that much. I domt like the liner. it was great at first but ended up being more work than normal lash glue. But their cust service is stellar!! First I ordered a set with 2 different kinds of lashes. They were too long. I asked them if I could exchange the longest pair and offered to pay shipping. She emailed back and said they had already sent me a new pair for free and said to keep the others! Then one of the pairs started falling apart and the other had lashes falling off. They issued me an immediate full refund and let me keep all the products. Great service! Doesnt happen much these days!

Ordered 3 months ago, and they just keep feeding me lies
I would give this negative stars if it would let me. Its now just short of 3 months and nothing! I’ve been in contact with their customer support team bi-weekly to check on my $430 order and everytime, they make a false promise about how its out of stock, then they’ll give me 30% off for being patient, then out of stock again, then a tracking number that doesnt exist, just more and more lies. And now, they won’t even give me a refund As per my request due to non-receipt of items and now they’re saying no refund bc my order has been processed the moment i finally ask for a refund? What BS! How is that my order cannot be fulfilled meanwhile your advertising is always in full swing and so in my face daily on social media and my inbox?

In love with their lashes!!
I have just recently purchased lashes from this company and I am in love with them! I was unsure about what type of lash I should pick for my eye shape but their website was really helpful. Definitely will be repurchasing!!
