Great! Love my new glasses

I’m very happy w my new airdrops.

I like the frames and glasses seem to be correct prescription however I paid extra for blue lenses for working on the computer and the glasses I received absolutely do not have these lenses. I used this company to save a little money however, I could’ve gotten what I really needed from my ophthalmologist for the same price.

A lady that did not mind helping an older lady that was having a hard time getting the order right so I could get my GLASSES. I ALSO TOLD PEOPLE ON FB. Thanks so much!!!

My glasses feel great on my face and the fit is great also. The time between my ordering and receiving them was reasonable.

Terrible experience trying to use Davis vision insurance. Called customer service at Glasses.com and they gave me a code that didn’t work. Gave me another code that still didn’t work. Ended up paying full price out of frustration and I’m now trying to get reimbursed but Davis will only do out of network rate.

I was nervous after reading some of the reviews to trust Glasses.com with my order but I was extremely pleased with the whole process. Quick, accurate and informative through the process. No issues at all.

I had a very hard time ordering online. The web pages took forever to load, and I entered my prescription, but the web page was so slow that it was. It timed out, and I had to keep re-entering my information. I finally ordered, but I received an error message saying I needed to send the prescription. I tried to upload it, and the file would never load. I restarted my computer a couple of times.
