Love my new rimless eyeglasses! The prescription is accurate. I didn’t think I would get them before Christmas, but I was surprised at the fast shipping and received them just in time. I’ve ordered from another online company for eyeglasses and the quality was nothing compared to Glasseshop.

I recieved my glasses. Cant see out them i see better with them off. Contacted support for a refund/return. Now there giving me the run around about it. I went ordered another pair at a different place so now im stuck with a pair of glasses i cant wear or use and out the money for them.

When I did the online order I messed up the prescription part by adding a minus instead of plus signs and yes they were definitely messed up. They offered to send a whole new pair of glasses and I was amazed how fast they came and they were perfect!! I will definitely order more from them!!

The original glasses were blurry but it was my fault due to improper measurement of PD. The second pair are perfect ! Great customer service
