I contacted Glass America on Fredericksburg ,VA to have a windshield replaced on my 2009 E-350 van. I was given an appointment less than a week away. When I arrived I was immediately welcomed given a comfortable seat in their waiting area. Cold bottled water was available and there was also a TV. My technician was precisely on time and explained what would be done and how long it would take. He was very good on the time he had told me of and my van was completed as described. I was given instructions on after care and I was most pleased with my new windshield! Excellent workmanship and very professional communication. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family for glass replacement!

Appointment confirmed. No follow-up. Rude call from Sunnyvale. I booked an appointment online with Glass America and received a confirmation email stating the appointment was set and someone would call me in the morning with an ETA. The morning came—no call. So I reached out myself and spoke to someone who confirmed I was booked for today but would need to wait for a follow-up call with the time. That follow-up came from the Sunnyvale location, and it was unfortunately one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The person on the line was dismissive from the start, told me I wasn’t on the schedule at all, and informed me I’d have to drive to Sunnyvale for the appointment—even though my confirmation clearly said otherwise. When I asked how my appointment had been confirmed twice, she became even ruder. No apology, no explanation—just attitude. Completely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I cancelled and took my business elsewhere. If this is how they treat new customers, I can’t imagine what support is like after a job is done.

The promotion price is very competitive, but the whole process time just not worth the wait. Being waiting more than 16 days, still not receive the glasses yet. I have to go to Costco get another one and it only took Costco 3 days.
