I love GlobeIn! I look forward to the theme selection every month and the arrival of my box. Delivery can be a bit erratic but the boxes arrive eventually.

I love GlobeIn. The items are lovely and it's awesome how they come from actual artisans that actually need the profits. The costumer services has been wonderful in the hmm 16 or so months since I first subscribed. I would legit buy everything they have at least twice if I could and I'd refer them to anyone who'd listen really.

I have not recieved all my items or boxes from them and I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times but the site will not let me. I have brought this to their attention and they have just ignored me. I want a refund for the items I haven't recieved which is over 20 items not to mention the boxes I never got. I also want my account canceled and my cards deleted. I have demanded this multiple times. You do not have permission to keep charging me renewals seeing I don't even get the boxes.

GlobeIn is a great subscription box that went through a rough patch during the pandemic combined with a warehouse move. They have since returned to their awesome selves. I have subscribed for two years, and I do not regret it at all. Despite the hiccup in the middle, there are worse things in the world than waiting a few months for your fair trade products. (That would be a first world problem, and it needs to be put into perspective). I love my monthly choices, the option I have to defer and retain credits for other products, and there’s always a bit of variety with new products appearing every month. As far as recommending this subscription box? Yes I would. Absolutely.

I have loved all my items that I have received. I have received all my boxes on time and nothing has been broken. I love reading about the people who make the items I receive. First subscription box I have done and it has exceeded my expectations:-)

I loved the products I received, especially the lantern and candles. The color was gorgeous and the candle was a scent that was very soothing. I also love the pitcher I received. I have used it so much and am getting lots of compliments on it. I'm going to make ice tea in it with the tea that I received. Normally not a fan of green teas but this one is an exception. Can't wait for my next box!
