Loved the Delight Box!!! The coastal vibes of it aligned with my dinner table and the Handpainted Service Bowl is what my mother loves to serve her food in! The Fruit Forks and glasses are of great quality...Thank you Globeln.

It's really fun receiving my cute adorable boxes from Globeln. Every box comes perfectly customized and all the hand-made beautiful items are packed really well. Today only, I received my Sanctuary box packed with JusTea peppermint detox drink and the beautiful Raffia coaster set. Happy subscriber.

I loved this monthly box. So much. Sometimes I got stuff I didn't want, but just regifted it. Being able to shop for what I wanted made it easier once the surprise boxes were meh. Then I got something I didn't order and what I ordered didn't come. No one to call, so you just wait for a response. I was a good customer and got a rude reply that they wouldn't mail my item until I returned what was mistakenly sent to me. They didn't even know I had it. I could've been dishonest and not told them. I had to pay to ship it myself, which seemed unfair so I delayed. Finally I gave in and mailed it back. Never got my item. Waited. Waited. Wrote again. Bummer way to end being a long happy customer. Two stars because initially they would have been a five. But to just cheat me out of shipping back something I never ordered and never sending me my expensive tall basket I already paid for, means only two stars. And that's probably generous.

Hi Maricela - Thank you for this feedback and we are sorry to hear that you haven't had the best experience. I just looked into our email system and I do not see any recent emails from you and it doesn't look like you've been a customer of ours since 2019. I just wanted to explain that at GlobeIn, we only offer online and email support at this time to make sure we are assisting our customers in the most efficient manner and are able to document our interactions. I assure you that our Support Team does their best to assist each and every one of our customer as quickly as possible and our current response time is well under 24 hours. Per our company policy, because we've had issues in the past, we do ask that customers use the prepaid return label that we provide to send their item back to us as these are very valuable handcrafed items. We do need to see that the return has been scanned in by the shipping carrier before your correct item is shipped out. We hope this explains our processes and if you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team who would be happy to help.

Did a trial membership, canceled membership prior to end of trial, and still was charge for a annual membership...yet I am no longer a member. I ordered nothing. Total rip off!

Hi Amy - We are sorry to hear that you were accidently charged after you cancelled your trial membership and our Support Team would be more than happy to assist you. If you haven't already, please reach out to them through email or by using the contact form on our website and we will look into this for you right away.

Products were of cheaper quality than what one would see at a World Market but double the price. A yearly subscription fee still incurs a $150 shipping cost and you basically run out of stuff to buy unless you double up on some items. I don't need 2 pictures or pompom garlands. Then they are disorganized and, even though I tried to cancel, they renewed my subscription anyway for another $517. So sad.

Thank you for sharing this feedback and we're sorry to hear about this negative experience with GlobeIn. I tried to locate a subscription or email communications for you but I wasn't able to find any. Our Customer Support Team would be more than happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you have regarding your charges and membership. In regard to the price, it's true that a lot of the time you will find similar goods for pennies on the dollar. But we ask in return, do you know where those items came from? Are they truly handmade? Do you know who made them? We are in the business of not only making a social impact but providing you with the opportunity to participate in conscious consumerism. Compared to machine-manufactured products, ours are handmade by real men and women, and we provide fair wages and support to our partners in return. The membership model allows us to place large orders with the producers. As a result, we are able to optimize logistics, and offer our customers great value products, while ensuring that more money goes to the artisans. For artisans, large orders also mean a steady income that is predictable and reliable.

My grafted cactus fits perfectly in the Terracotta Plant Pal - Elephant. The planter is adorable, and I just adore how adorable it looks. 5 stars.

Jeffrey - Aren't these planters the cutest?! 🧡🐘 They are handcrafted by artisans in India and are such a fun way to add playfulness to any space! We are so happy to hear that you are enjoying yours!

So a couple years ago I joined their Premium Maven subscription and had been pretty happy with the items I received. Starting late last summer, items started getting shipped that were poorly packed, arrived broken or were just simple missing...I think it was 5 shipments altogether. I tried multiple times to reach out to customer service without success, literally no response. Finally after many attempts Fiona gets back to me, and tells me I need to ship all the broken stuff back at my own expense and we can't replace the items because they're out of stock. Welp, in Dec 2021 I had just had enough of paying for items I didn't receive or broke so I asked them to cancel. Fast forward to July 2022 (having heard nothing from GlobeIn in the interim) I'm charged $600 for another year and now Marjorie says I can't have my money back. Good grief what a con.

Hi Tracy - We thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us and we are so sorry to hear that you've had such trouble! All of our memberships are automatically renewing. This information is provided during the sign up process, through your confirmation email, as well as in the Billing section in your account. We also allows members to cancel at any time easily within their account. When customers receive damaged items, we always do our best to replacement them if we have inventory possible. If replacements are not available, we always issue credit. We never require customers to pay return shipping on damaged items back. We have read through all of your previous email communications with our Support Team and we do not see that this was requested of you. We see that we did issue credits and replacements were applicable. We want to let you know that we have completely changed our platform in the last 6 months and this includes switch to a new fulfillment center. With this change, we have seen a significant delay in the number of damaged items our customers report. We hope this helps address some of the concerns that you shared with us and if you need further assistance, our Support Team would be happy to help!
