I am a subscriber here for years from now. They are simply superb and amazing overall.

I loved the products when I first got them. But the boxes arrive MONTHS late. I received the wrong item and a packing slip for another customer. It took them a month to respond to my customer service request and by then the item I ordered was sold out. I am still waiting for $230 of add-on merchandise I ordered in December. My email said it was all shipped together but I only received one item and they keep saying the rest will eventually be shipped, but they originally said that all overdue orders would be fulfilled by March 15, so either they are lying that my order is still pending and are planning to keep my money and never send me a thing or they need to figure out a new fulfillment system. I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions. They just give excuses and no answers. I commented on their facebook posts and the comments were all deleted and I am blocked from commenting or reacting to their posts. This company is a sham. I will never buy anything from them again.

This company is terrible! I got stuck with a non refundable 6 month subscription. The product quality is hit or miss, same for monthly selections. Plus, it’s supposed to be a monthly subscription, but you never know when you’ll actually get the box. I just got my February box today. It was junk. The bowl (the main item) looked filthy. When I got it wet, a large crack appeared. Clearly it broke and someone tried to patch it. Also...the dirty prints were made before it was fired, so they don’t wash off. Truly awful company!! Save your money!

I joined in July of 2020 and received the first box pretty quickly and I was so impressed as was my daughter who then also signed up for a membership. That's about where the excitement and fun ended. For a "monthly" subscription expect to receive items up to 5 or 6 months AFTER you pay for the them. Customer service is so overwhelmed by complaints that it takes often weeks to respond to your issues. Often those responses are basic cut and paste generic statements that do not answer your concerns. There has become a MAJOR problem with fragile items being shipped with almost no packing material, or even in my one case I received 2 glass shotglasses mailed in an envelope! You could feel the broken glass. We have received box after box with broken products. Refunds are often issued for less money then it takes to have to purchase it again. They cancel the items you purchased saying they are sold out but are currently offering them for purchase. They have blamed the shipping issues on a wearhouse move telling us they moved from GA to Utah; however, everything continues to be shipped from GA as always. We purchased hundreds of dollars in merchandise that were Christmas gifts during the month of October being told we would have everything by Christmas. Many people still have not received anything and other people's orders have just been canceled within the last couple of weeks, after people waited months. They offer a longer membership saying you get early access to the sales and monthly subscription choices but change it to being able to pick at 6 am. This company has lied to the members promised delivery of purchased products time and time again failing to follow through. The treatment of customers is disrespectful and demeaning. And all negative comments on Facebook and Twitter are promptly removed. The online group censors people who complain about the bad treatment and has banned paying customers for being honest and mistreated. They state on the site that each box has at least 4 to 5 full sized items but many boxes only contain 3 items. They post boxes for sale if you join that aren't even available. Basically this company just lies.

received a subscription for Christmas finally have received my dec and jan boxes enjoy them just wish they didn't take so long

I have enjoyed all the items I’ve received in my subscription boxes & learning about artists all over the world!

I have had great responses with their customer service and have been very impressed with everything! Their products are one of a kind and gorgeous! I’m in love! I was so excited to order I didn’t read all the instructions. If your from canad be aware it’s in US $ The products are worth the money and customer service was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you! Amanda

This companies customer service is a legit joke. Packages arrive 2-3 months later and when you email them, all they say is that they are trying and have no idea when it will ship. I love the concept of supporting small local artists all over the world, but the companies set up is detrimental to these artists and the company won't be in business much longer with this model. Purchase at your own risk and hope to get a response or package 4 months after you buy it.
