Run as fast as you can. Loads of errors in orders and account balances, items arrive months late, no customer service phone number, and when you email you get a copy/paste response three weeks later.

We're currently responding to customer within 5 business days. We recognize this is a long time to wait, but we've received an increase in customer inquiries in the past few months and are slowly working to get caught up after hiring and training additional team members. If you're not seeing a response from the customer service team and it's been 3 weeks since you wrote, please check your spam/junk folders. While we have been sending automated emails to keep customers informed, a customer service team member will be able to assist you with any issues or errors with your orders and provide credits or refunds if needed. Since we do have some new team members, they are still learning how to properly process these requests and resolve issues. We recently finished moving to a new fulfillment center and a new fulfillment company. While this move was beneficial, it has unfortunately caused delays in shipments. However, things are improving every day and we're seeing thousands of orders ship every day. Best, The GlobeIn Team

I received a broken item. Even though their policy states you will receive a credit or a refund, I was not given the option-just provided a credit. Worse, I was given a credit for an item that hadn’t even shipped yet and was $20.00 cheaper! I have sent multiple emails and they just skirt the issue! Terrible!

I have had issues but they have all been cleared up in the last six weeks. My orders were caught up, my last box arrived on time. Most importantly, I have LOVED every item! And some of those times are now my favorite things in the house I’m stuck in—looking at you Malika mugs, macrame plant holder and tiny hand-painted watering can! So stay patient, I think they are solving or have solved their supply/shipping issues. The goals and the work they are doing deserves our patience, which I know is hard right now.

This company falsifies reviews, is impossible to contact, and took over 6 weeks to send a package to me. I had already canceled my order and contested the charge at that time, and although I refused delivery of the package (which they sent 3 weeks after I tried to contact them and 2 weeks after I contested the charge) Tracking from UPS says they received the returned package. They also block anyone who gives them a bad review on fb and delete the bad reviews. I tried to leave a review and repeatedly received an error. Edited from this point: They replied to my review and the fact that they did not actually address any of my comments shows exactly how good they are at customer service. I recieved an email that said exactly what their reply below says at the beginning of December 2020 (three months ago) Edited again from this point: Their last message says to expect replies to their emails within 5 business days. My last email to them was on 2/28/21, it has now been 5 business days with no reply. I will update this again when I receive one. Update on March 8th: I just received a form email reply from Globein that does not in any way address my issue. At the direction of that email, I replied restating my issue and got an automatic reply saying they would reply to me within 10 business days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have been making excuses since November, and are still charging my credit card for something I sent back to them December 10th.

While this move was beneficial, it has unfortunately caused delays in shipment as well as delays with processing returns. However, we've been told by our warehouse team that they are working through all of the returns and they should be processed in the next few weeks. If you have a returned item and a tracking number that states it was returned to us the customer service team should be able to provide you a refund or credit. I’m totally disappointed with this company, at the beginning I thought what a great idea to enroll in this program to receive unique item while supporting working people from third world countries. This company is quick to enroll you and misled you. They offer you to subscribe for minimum 3 months abd receive a pair of colorful glasses, when I was about to put my order they send a message inviting me to suscribe for 6 months and they will send me a surprise box with cost of $70.00, well after 2 months I receive the surprise box he products are not $70.00 worth. They never send ma the promised glasses for suscribe that day for at least 3 months, they penalize you if you accept their invitation to subscribe for 6 month, taking away the glasses, that was one of the reason why I subscribe in first place. I complained by email and they send me a generic email saying that they will answer my email in two weeks. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional Bussiness practice, they are very efficient to take your money and broke their promises, why they don’t have the same efficiency tor resolve their issues. Now is the last day of February, I choose my February box since January and so far no confirmation regarding my February box. Totally unprofessional company, do not subscribe!

I believe that this is a fraudulent company. I purchased their subscription service and put orders in for both January and February. Neither order was shipped. Additionally, both orders are no longer in their system. I know for sure that they were in the past which means that someone or something deleted the order. Based on my own experience and everything that I have read online, I now believe that this is a fraudulent company with no desire to actually fill orders.

I was purchasing this as a gift, but it did not tell me about the extremely high shipping costs until the last step. I cancelled the process immediately but they had already confirmed the subscription and opened a pending charge. I cancelled the subscription but the company does not offer refunds so now I have around $500CAD as a credit on my account which I will not use. This company has no customer service option other than sending an email which they say will take 14 days to receive a response. At this point I have to go through the process of disputing this charge through my bank and/or PayPal, which can take months to complete. Buyer beware when dealing with this company, there is no protection for the consumer and you will have no recourse should you wish to cancel and be refunded for your payment. Absolutely abyssmal customer service processes from Globein.com. I'm response to the reply below: Thank you for your quick reply, I only wish that your company was as fast to reply to my initial requests and dispute as you are to defend this public review. Unfortunately, your reply does not help me in any way. Please contact me to get this resolved immediately, as I still think it is astonishingly bad customer service for you to have no resolution available for a client looking to refund within minutes after being charged. My order PayPal transaction ID is 6NX43218ET1858248 and you will find the dispute there. It is beyond ridiculous that I should have to wait 2+ weeks for a refund when it was requested immediately after the transaction, and I am not willing to await a reply from your customer service while you hold on to my $463.

The prices listed in our website are in USD and the shipping charges are figured into the total subscription amount and outlined in the order summary at the right side of the screen during the sign up process as well as in the confirmation email after sign up. We recently hired additional members for our Customer Support Team and they will be more than happy to help you. Please note that our Support Team is about 14 business days behind on emails due to the increase we are receiving. You should have received an automated email letting you know that we received your request and explaining our response time at the moment.
