I preordered three G43X 15rd mags. After about a month several other companies had them in stock but mine had not shipped. I ordered three more mags from a different website. When I received those I cancelled my order with Glockstore by email. I actually got a reply on Memorial Day that the order was cancelled and a refund issued. I thought that was great. Now...the refunded amount was $12.00 less than what I paid. That was the amount of shipping. The order cancellation was done as an RMA and I assume the computer system absorbed my shipping fee. I have sent three emails and all I hear now is crickets. I have been ghosted by Glockstore. I will see what happens over the next few days, but I think I learned a $12 lesson not to buy ANYTHING from Lenny.

Be wary of the "10 Day" optic/slide cut advertising. I purchased the 10 day "C" cut. Per instructions, I sent the slide and barrel via Fed Ex shipping, insured and tracked. FedEx indicated the slide was delivered on December 1st (2 day shipping). After 10 business days, I had heard nothing about the status of my order. I sent several emails requesting a status. If it was going to take longer, I would have been ok with it, I was just looking for communication. There was no way to speak to someone through the customer service number found on the website. Messages were not allowed and the pre-recorded message advised to send an email that would be responded too within 5 days. Never received a response to any of 3 emails. I finally called the retail order telephone number and was able to speak to someone. They claimed the shipping package was not received until December 6th. 5 days after the shipper reporting delivery. Ok!! That would put completing the order by December 19th and a couple of days for shipping. The 23rd came and passed. Still no updates or confirmations. I continued to send emails and make calls for an update. The slide arrived on January 2nd. So an advertised 10-day program is actually 25 business days. I understand delays can happen, but I expect communication. So the Glock Store gets an "F" in customer service. However, I am pleased with the actual work so far. The reason for 2 stars.

I ordered a part. There were 3 boxes to choose the part number. I Clicked the box I wanted. I should have read every line in the order. Becausae the order was not the part I needed. It was a different option box on the page. I made contact, got approval to return. I did everything they asked to get the correct part. I paid for return shipping. They then charged me return shipping to get the correct part. They would not bend on the return shipping. The total shipping cost was more than the part. BS. I had one previous experience with these people, and it too was negative for me. I will not be dealing with The Glock Store again.

I am a real costumer (order SO-1362596): -the shipment was very delayed without updates -one part does not worked as advertised: the Costumer "service" with delayed answer, no apologies or explanation, the return policy looks like an menacing statement where you are guilty for everything. My advice: check other options. Glock Store have a huge marketing force, but not supported by a real service and client focus. Use it only for the Magill's videos in You Tube

I originally ordered 3 Double Diamonds +6/5 extended mags in blue. I decided to change the color scheme of my gun and reached out to the Glock Store to let them know I wanted to change the color to black. The representative said, no problem, but they needed my permission to cancel the existing order. I told them no problem because I really wanted them in black. The representative never canceled my order and I received the blue mag extensions that I didn’t want. Now I have to go through the trouble of sending them back and waiting once again. After all that I’ve decided to keep the blue one, but I will never shop at the Glock Store again because they have terrible customer service.

I won't be doing business with this company again. Company charged my card then immediately sent me a email saying all my items are out of stock with no guess as to when it'll ship yet a week later they are still on the sight labeled as in stock and I have yet to receive any reply from the company after 3 emails. Scandalous practices and poor communication have cost them a customer for life.

I was building a glock 21 and it took some time to get all the parts together. I ordered the barrel one 7/11/19 and it has taken me until 9/9/19 to get it all put together and try it out. When I tried to load a round the barrel would not go into battery. I took the firearm to my local gun smith and he said that the head space was wrong by about .002 inches. I called the glock store to see what wanted to do about it. They Were absolutely no help and could not care, "It is out side the 30 days for return or replace". All I wanted was for them to ream it out. I will be shopping else where.
