Just what I have been looking for. I noticed the item my friend was wearing around her neck recently and asked about it. It was a Glocusent, and just what I wanted. I bought two, one for my daughter. I received one first, the second arrived today. I love it.

I really like your product. I was never able to make those clip on lights work, so for me the neck light is far superior. My only minor critique is I wonder if there could be a "lock" setting so that you can't accidentally turn on the lights on when you're not using them. It happened to me a couple of times early on and I am much more careful now. The buttons that control the lights are very sensitive. Also note that it requires a USB-C cord to recharge, and not just any one either, it has to be compatible. I had to order one because I lost the one that came with it, and I assumed it was just the regular android charger. It's not. But despite these nitpicks I think it's great. Highly recommend. I've had it for a few weeks. It's really nice to be able to read a book in the dark sometimes and not always be beholden to the smart phone. There are six different light settings as well. I tend to use the most dim ones but it's fun to play around with. Also if you're into design and technology it's just a nice piece of tech, very sleekly designed. It wraps around the neck perfectly and the arms are quite flexible.

Why would you send two small cords in two separate envelopes? Made me think you got the order wrong. Other than that, everything was okay.

I receive my order in a pretty timely manner. It's exactly what I need when my power goes out during the winter.

My order was unable to be fulfilled due to a lack of stock in Canada but I was quickly notified and offered options. I chose to cancel my order and was immediately refunded on my credit card. I was also offered to be notified when the product was again in stock. I know there are many supply issues these days which are somewhat out of suppliers control, so this is a review of the process rather than the product I ordered.

A very cool light, strong, with luminescence control, different colours, multiple base options, and it's great charger. Light, compact, it's very handy.
